Accessibility statement

What we have done

• Pages work on a phone, tablet or computer, and can be zoomed without breaking.
• Text uses generous size and contrast, with headings in a logical order.
• Forms can be completed with a keyboard alone; every field has a visible label and errors are described in words.
• Images that carry meaning have text descriptions; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Buttons and links say what they do rather than “click here”.

Known limitations

• The website has not yet been through a formal WCAG 2.2 audit. We are working towards that standard rather than claiming to have met it.
• The referral form is long; we plan to break it into shorter steps.
• There is no British Sign Language or easy-read version yet.

If the form does not work for you

You do not have to use the website. Email hello@mindandmotion.uk and we will take the referral another way, including by telephone.
